What is the best anti-virus program out there? and why?
currently i am using AVG but still a virus get through my system. the virus reacts everytime i try to scan the whole drive, and once it reacts it restarts my pc. meaning i cannot delete the virus. in addition i notice that AVGNSX.EXE cause lag on my internet connection when i look at the cpu usage history i notice that AVGNSX.EXE uses around 90%. so i need an anti-virus that has better function than AVG and does not cause lag/ so much lag on my unit.

I don’t care about price. I want the best protection.

I would like to know what is the best Anti-Virus program there is. I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, and I am NOT satisfied with this AV program, since it always has this Configuration problems and blocking of Internet Java scripts and shit.

I do agree that Kaspersky is a very good Anti Virus, but I’m afraid that I’m sick of always struggling with it and trying to figure out how to Configure it so that it would fit my needs.

Can I ask everyone to please state which Anti-Virus Program is the best for you? AND please include why you would say that.
