I need an anti-virus program bad, i was wonderin which one is good……

What i need it to do:

- Scan for viruses
- Remove virus/infection
- Protect me from virus/infection
- Protect me from bad internet websites

What is the best 2007/2008 anti-virus program that can do all that?
